About This Archive
The Untitled Othello Project is a digital humanities initiative from Sacred Heart University's Department of Languages and Literatures. This archive preserves and makes accessible video recordings, audio recordings, and rehearsal sessions documenting the ongoing cultural conversation around Shakespeare's Othello.
The archive features synchronized transcripts, computational emotion analysis using the NRC Emotion Lexicon, topic extraction via TF-IDF analysis, semantic search powered by OpenAI embeddings, and comprehensive filtering by media type, speaker, emotion, and date. All content is designed to be accessible and supports academic research and citation.
